Ayesha Nathan joins the Ryan Carlisle Thomas team specialising in Personal Injury and Abuse Law, working closely with the team to deliver caring, committed and courageous service to her clients, recognising that every case is unique. Having completed her Bachelor of Laws in 2019 and subsequently receiving a Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law, she’s worked as a personal injury lawyer across areas such as WorkCover, TAC and Public Liability since 2021.
While studying at university, Ayesha volunteered at the Peninsula Community Legal Service across the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, as well as the Prison Legal Education & Assistance Project, allowing her to develop her legal knowledge and to practice the presentation of information in challenging, high-pressure environments. Her dedication to volunteering throughout her studies reflects a passion for her local community and empowering those in need.
Upon commencement of her role here at Ryan Carlisle Thomas, Ayesha has expanded her practice area to include Abuse Law and is determined to help people gain a sense of control over their circumstances and to move on with their lives after a crisis. Navigating the legal system can be particularly overwhelming and daunting but as a part of the expert team of legal professionals here at Ryan Carlisle Thomas, Ayesha is here to make justice accessible.
In her spare time, Ayesha is interested in fitness, specifically hiking through the Dandenong Ranges and loves to spend time cooking for friends, family and coworkers. She is also working to become an accredited specialist in the personal injury practice area.
