Kaylee Fitzmaurice is a Lawyer at RCT Stringer Clark, where she assists clients across the Personal Injury department, working on WorkCover, TAC, public liability, and medical negligence matters with a genuine commitment to ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and well-represented throughout their legal journey.

Kaylee graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Business, majoring in Business Administration, from Swinburne University of Technology in 2023, before completing her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law in 2025. Her academic background is complemented by a diverse range of practical experience that spans multiple areas of law and even continents. Prior to joining RCT Stringer Clark, Kaylee worked across victims of crime and crimes compensation schemes, employment law, and gained international exposure through an internship at a commercial and criminal law firm in London. She also served as a Research Assistant to a barrister in commercial law and completed a placement at a criminal law firm in Mildura, giving her a breadth of experience that informs her approach to client-focused legal practice.

Kaylee is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and the Law Institute of Victoria, reflecting her commitment to staying connected to the broader legal community and continuing to grow as a practitioner.

She was drawn to RCT Stringer Clark by the firm’s genuine client-focused approach, believing that personal injury clients need more than sound legal advice. They need someone who truly listens, communicates clearly, and understands the very real impact their situation is having on their life. It is an ethos she shares wholeheartedly. Kaylee’s professional ambition is to become a highly skilled and respected personal injury lawyer, continuing to develop her advocacy skills alongside experienced mentors, and one day paying that support forward to the next generation of lawyers.

Outside of the office, Kaylee is most at home in the great outdoors, surfing in summer, skiing in winter, and hiking and camping wherever the opportunity arises. In a testament to her sense of adventure, she once took a six-month career break to work as a supervisor at a ski lodge in the mountains of Japan, an experience that speaks to her curiosity, adaptability, and zest for life.
