Outside of work, Elizabeth loves to explore the world, having travelled extensively across China, Russia, India, Japan, Mexico, America, Europe and Asia. She has a deep love for Nick Cave, literature, films and spends most of her free time hanging out with her family, friends and a menagerie of pets.
