Workers Compensation And WorkCover Claims, Road Injury And TAC Claims, Sexual And Institutional Abuse
Henry’s legal practice centres on the pursuit of injury compensation claims in each of the principal areas of the firm including workplace injury, road injury and accidents, and abuse suffered at the hands of institutions such as schools and orphanages. He also prosecutes claims for compensation relating to public liability, medical negligence and asbestos exposure. Henry also has experience with government and administrative law, including disciplinary matters.
His particular interest is in trauma-informed practice and assisting individuals who have faced barriers to justice, such as LGBTIQ individuals and people from culturally and linguistically diverse communities. As such, Henry has been a member of the LBGTIQ Legal Service Fundraising Committee. He also continues to be an active member of both the Law Institute of Victoria’s Young Lawyers Law Reform Committee and its Technology & Innovation Section.
Henry is based at our Dandenong office and visits our Warrnambool office.
In his down time, Henry enjoys learning about technology and its potential applications to the law, reading history and gardening.
He is studying a Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne with a focus on personal injury and civil litigation.
