Elnaz graduated from La Trobe University in 2017 with a Bachelor and Master of Laws and focused on injury compensation law which embraces workplace injury, road accidents, along with injuries sustained in other settings such as supermarkets and public spaces.
Based in our Dandenong office, Elnaz also attends our Epping office.
Prior to graduating here, Elnaz practised as a lawyer in Iran, having graduated from Tehran University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Law. She has been a member of the Iranian Central Bar Association since 2009.
In Australia, Elnaz has been a member of the Law Institute of Victoria since 2018.
She has a keen interest in the law and human rights and has worked as a volunteer at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre since 2015.
Elnaz is passionate about social justice issues and human rights. In her spare time, she loves travel and spending time with family and friends.
In addition to English, she speaks Farsi (Persian) and Dari.
