Family And Relationship Law
Amanda has the benefit of having worked in the legal profession for 25 years, gaining along the way valuable experience in the related legal areas of Wills, Estates, and conveyancing. She was admitted to practice late in 2014, after having achieved her Bachelors of Laws (LLB) earlier the same year.
Amanda takes a cooperative approach to family law matters, encouraging the parties concerned to finalise parenting or financial arrangements in a manner which best suits their needs, while avoiding where possible costly legal fees and court costs.
She strives to ensure her legal advice is comprehensive and pragmatic, bearing in mind that each client’s needs and circumstances are different. Her goal always is to aim for a resolution that is fair and practical while assisting her clients to secure an independent financial future that also respects their wishes in terms of child care and access arrangements.
