Sexual And Institutional Abuse, Superannuation TPD Insurance, Workers Compensation And WorkCover Claims
A career in law was something that Alyssa long aspired to, although initially she thought that would be as a Court Registrar. After winning a position as a Trainee Legal Assistant with Ryan Carlisle Thomas, she realised that what she really wanted to be a lawyer.
After completing a Diploma of Legal Studies at RMIT, Alyssa went on to attain her law degree at Victoria University. Her interest in working with people with work or road injuries was strengthened by undertaking work experience with a barrister who specialised in personal injury.
Alyssa has now completed her supervised workplace training and works as a lawyer in our Dandenong office where she assists clients with WorkCover Common Law, Superannuation Total and Permanent Disability insurance claims and Institutional Abuse claims.
As an over the top dog lover, in her spare time Alyssa loves going to her local beach with her dog Bambi. She also enjoys a glass of red after a long day. Prior to working at RCT, Alyssa worked at wineries in Margaret River and the Mornington Peninsula hosting wine tastings.
